Buccal fat pad (BFP) is widely used I n oral and maxillofacial surgery, with paucity of literature describing its use in orbital reconstruction. We report a case of a 23year old female who had orbital floor defect surgically reconstructed with a pedicled buccal fat pad following maxillectomy.
