Justine Ruth C. Tsai obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health. She completed her residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at East Avenue Medical Center, Philippines. Most recently, she finished her fellowship in Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery and Reconstruction under Prof. Shing-Po Hao at Shin Kong Wu Ho-Su Memorial Hospital, Taiwan.
